LIBRARIES could not be as much indispensable as today. We live in a complex world in which information plays a crucial role. Whenever information becomes knowledge, we feel more and more empowered in relation to society, we feel more capable of fighting for our rights as human beings. Libraries (public and school libraries) are our best allies. There we can find the people (librarians), resources and tools we need. And, in many, many libraries, we can have all these 24/7!
That is why we should stay together to prevent politicians who want close libraries or reduce the funding to them. THE POWER OF WE can prevent these foolishness because what is in danger is our freedom!
