HARPERCOLLINS DISPOSTA A REVER RESTRIÇÕES A E-BOOKS

A decisão da HarperCollins de eliminar os e-books vendidos a bibliotecas após 26 empréstimos, desencadeou um enorme movimento de protesto e boicote à compra dos seus e-books de tal forma que veio agora dizer que '26' é um número que pode ser revisto.

A little over 6 weeks ago the Big 6 publisher HarperCollins announced that it would no longer allow library eBooks to be checked out indefinitely. Today it looks like HC might have changed its mind. Josh Marwell, President of Sales at HC, was at a conference yesterday. He spoke at length on the possible change in policy. “Is 26 set in stone?
